The Wall of Change program is a very positive way of celebrating the success of persons on probation and increases in public safety. This session will expand your understanding of the nature and benefits of a Wall of Change! The presenters will also provide significant assistance in guiding you to set up your own program, supplying policies and procedures and giving direction. We will also incorporate a discussion of how restorative justice fits in with adults becoming successful and how our victim services have become greatly enhanced. Michael Daly is the Chief Probation Officer of the Marin County Probation Department appointed in 2009. After graduating from Cal Poly SLO, he started his career in 1990 and has a master’s degree in public administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
