Managing an effective contingency management program requires a delicate balance of consistency, creativity, and celerity to replace undesired behaviors with desired ones. In this workshop, you will learn how to use incentives and sanctions as a tool to improve treatment court outcomes. The presenters will discuss (a) the importance of reliable monitoring, (b) how to use participant data to track behavior, and (c) the use of predictive analytics as an early intervention tool. We will also utilize an interesting case study that illustrates how one provider uses technology and social media as both a positive reinforcement and a relapse accountability tool.
