New Hire to New Sup brings a refreshing twist to surviving your first year with a healthy mind and body. Participants will benefit from learning effective communication strategies with co-workers and supervisors as well as approaches to managing work-life balance in a field that requires a 24/7 commitment. Participants will also benefit from coaching on various effective strategies, such as organization techniques that aid in stress management. In the end, participants will be able to walk away with effective tools and strategies to create a successful work-life balance with a healthy mind and body.
