This workshop is designed to help corrections and community supervision agencies assess their current policies and practices to ensure that people who are returning to their communities after incarceration have access to behavioral health services. Addressing releasees’ behavioral health needs is challenging but may be critical to ensuring their success under supervision and beyond. Participants will hear from representatives of the National Reentry Resource Center and Second Chance Act grantees about lessons learned and successful strategies.
