Dionne Addison has over twenty-eight years of experience in corrections. Currently she serves in the position of Program Administrator for the Quality Assurance/ Evidence-Based Practice/ Grants section in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. She is responsible for continuous quality improvement and quality assurance for evidence-based practice and serves as a grant administrator for various BJA grants. Dionne is a master trainer in Ohio Risk Assessment System and Core Correctional Practices. She is a trainer in Decision Points, Anger Control, and several other Cognitive Based programs. She has a Bachelor of Arts in politics and government.

Seth Howard is a Parole Supervisor for the Ohio Adult Parole Authority. He has been a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III for over nine years. He is certified in Ohio Risk Assessment System, Core Correctional Practices Motivational Interviewing and is a Crisis Intervention Team member. He has earned a bachelor’s in criminal justice.

R. Jason Nespeca is a Parole Services Regional Supervisor, servicing Summit County and surrounding areas. He is a Motivational Interviewing coach, who has conducted several MI trainings and was instrumental in the development of MI trainings currently used in Ohio. He received his B.A in Applied Science from Youngstown State University in 2001. He was a Parole Officer from 2004, until becoming a Parole Services Supervisor in 2012. Previously, he worked as a Case Manager and Probation Officer with the Community Corrections Association.

Katrina has over 30 years of experience in community corrections. She started with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority as a Parole Officer in 1994. She went on to hold several positions within the Division of Parole and Community Service to include Parole Supervisor, Deputy Superintendent, Deputy Compact Administrator, Regional Administrator, and most recent position Superintendent. Prior to starting with the Adult Parole Authority, Katrina worked for Alvis a halfway house that serves adult males and females transitioning from prison back to the community. Katrina is a member of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) and American Probation and Parole Association (APPA). She retired from the Ohio Air National Guard with 21 years of service in September 2011. She received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Criminology in 1992. She is married and has two children.

Joseph Suciu is a Parole Program Specialist for the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and currently coordinates grant projects, where he is instrumental in development of updated Evidence Practice trainings and applications. With over 20 years of experience as a Motivational Interviewing trainer, he has developed multiple MI training curriculums for criminal justice professionals. He has trained extensively on evidence-based practice. His trainer certifications include Ohio Risk Assessment Systems, Level of Service Inventory, Thinking for a Change Facilitator, Decision Points Facilitator, Core Correctional Practices. He obtained a Master of Science from the University of Cincinnati in Criminal Justice.
