SESSION PRESENTERS

Ken Miles
VP & General Manager, Tyler Technologies


Ken has been with Tyler Technologies since 2002, where he serves as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Supervision. Prior to joining Tyler, he served in the US Marine Corps and worked in Law Enforcement. Additionally, he spent five years implementing various criminal justice initiatives. Since then, Ken has been focused on improving the implementation of Tyler products in the Courts & Justice market.


Franklin Williams
President, Data and Insights, Tyler Technologies


Franklin Williams serves as the president of Tyler’s Data & Insights Division, established in 2018 following the acquisition of Socrata, an industry leader in open data and data platform solutions for the public sector. He began his journey with Socrata in 2014 and transitioned to the role of vice president of Product Development in February 2017, building on his prior experience across various engineering positions. Prior to joining Socrata, Franklin spent nearly a decade at Microsoft. He holds a BSBA in finance and operations management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and furthered his education with a master's degree in Computer Science specializing in AI & NLP from its School of Engineering & Applied Science. Outside of his professional endeavors, you can find him smoking a brisket, cheering on the Vols, and reveling in backyard adventures with his 8 and 10-year-old children.
