To prevent incarceration and help individuals succeed after release, strategies must encompass the development of good character, critical thinking, leadership and emotional management skills to thrive in today's society. Viable post-release opportunities will only be maximized by individuals who have mastered self-governance. This workshop shows attendees how to re-imagine the “relevant” strategies needed for healing today's culture.

Ms. Donna Bouie is the Sr. Vice President - Operations of Salute 1st Academy of Men. Donna has daily responsibility for business operations including learning management system maintenance, program service delivery, client enrollment, web design, SEO, copywriting, order management, technology and business processes and productivity.

Mr. Kendall Taylor is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salute 1st Academy of Men. His organization is geared towards challenging men to embrace the call of leadership and its associated sacrifices. Their approach of Perspective Realignment is designed to bridge the gap between trauma and triumph. Salute 1st services males of all ages with a core focus toward at risk teens and incarcerated men through thier Re-Entry initiatives. The key mechanism for their success is found in their innovative six month training program that is uniquely tailored to address current conditions of toxic masculinity and toxic-culturalism. Mr. Taylor is also the President and Partner at Rock Soul Inc. with his beautiful wife Fantasia Taylor. Together they effectively collaborate to secure and maintain ownership regarding intellectual property, music masters, and both executive & creative brand controls.
