Gregory Loxton
Sr. Advisor, State and Federal, Securus Monitoring
Although his early career started as a mental health practitioner in Springfield, Massachusetts, Greg enjoyed an extensive career in publishing in New York City working as a reporter and then as a Vice President for Dun and Bradstreet. He was also the Director of Intellectual Property Licensing at Time Inc. In 2021, Greg joined Securus Monitoring as a Senior Advisor to help create an impact on justice-involved individuals. He holds a bachelor's degree from The New School in New York City.
Steve Marshall
Agency Consultant and Retired Associate Director of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Securus Monitoring
Steve began his career with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) in 1990 at Mule Creek State Prison as a Correctional Officer. He proceeded through the ranks to Correctional Sergeant and Correctional Counselor. In 2000, he transitioned to the CDCR Division of Adult Parole Operations as a case-carrying Parole Agent I and rose through ranks to the Associate Director level. Before he retired in 2017, he managed nearly 10,000 electronic monitoring cases throughout the state. Since his retirement, Steve has served as a consultant to Securus Monitoring as they develop innovative strategies to partner with community corrections agencies around the country.
