Chris Enquist serves as the Parole & Probation Training Coordinator with the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. In this role, he provides instruction and guidance to all parole officers within the State of Oregon during their mandated basic training academy. He is certified as a trainer in multiple risk assessments, skills topics, and as a classroom facilitator. Prior to working at the academy, Chris worked as a parole officer in Lane and Multnomah Counties. Chris lives with his family in the community of Mahama, Oregon.

Jeff Hanson is an Operations and Policy Analyst with the Oregon Department of Corrections over the last thirty-three years he has worked as a parole/probation officer, institutional counselor, and for the last fifteen years as Oregon’s Evidenced Based Practice implementation overseer. Jeff Hanson is a trainer in multiple risk/need assessment, Motivational Interviewing, Multiple case management systems including EPICS, Gender Responsive case management. For the last fifteen years he has overseen quality assurance and Continuous Quality Insurance processes for the State of Oregon, including program evaluation, assessment fidelity and inter-rater reliability assessments.
