I in Team: An Innovative Way to Build and Sustain Your Team Through Servant Leadership is a presentation to improve the work environment for both managers and team members. This presentation explores various servant leadership strategies and techniques that can build a stronger, sustainable, and more effective team. This is a very interactive presentation using PowerPoint, open discussion, ice breakers, team building activities, and videos. These techniques create engagement for employees and “buy in” towards your organization‘s mission. Leading to longevity and career-oriented employees.

Alsender Miller
Training Program Supervisor, GA Department of Juvenile Justice Office of Training


Alsender S. Miller is a passionate and respected Training Program Supervisor for Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. Being certified as a Senior Training Instructor by the State of Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, Master Resiliency Instructor, Verbal Judo and de-escalation Instructor, Basic Life Support Instructor, and Firearms Instructor, he creates, coordinates, and oversees the facilitation of basic, specialized training and leadership programs in support of the agency mission. Not only is Alsender known for being a seasoned instructor, but he is also a veteran at officiating high school wrestling, coaching wrestling, training wrestlers, coaching football, owns a photography company, is involved in mentoring youth, and enjoys pouring into others to watch them grow. He is also well versed in the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of at-risk juveniles. Alsender holds an Associate of Science in Business, Alsender is currently seeking a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and taking leadership courses.
