Dionne Addison has over twenty-eight years of experience in corrections. Currently, she serves in the position of Program Administrator for the Quality Assurance/ EBP/ Grant section in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. She is responsible for continuous quality improvement and quality assurance for evidence-based practices and serves as grant administrator for various BJA grants. Dionne is a certified trainer in Decision Points as well as other EBP curriculum utilized at ODRC.

Tiphanie Polinori has over 10 years of experience in corrections. Currently, she serves in the position of Parole Officer for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing high-risk individuals released from prison and assisting in their transition back into society. Tiphanie is certified in Thinking for a Change and Decision Points, Motivational Interviewing and Core Correctional Practices. She has a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Applied Science.

Juliana Taymans has worked extensively with cognitive-behavioral interventions for youth and adults involved in the justice system. She has co-authored four corrections programs, Thinking for a Change, Decision Points, the VIP Domestic Violence Program and Problems Solving Skills in Action. She has also developed an array of professional development programs for corrections and adult education professionals. She is a professor emeritus in Disability Studies at the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
