The Resilience Recipe: Get the Ingredients to Bake Away the Burnout and Temper the Trauma
SESSION INFO
Tuesday, August 24, 2021
1:30PM - 3:00PM
Session Type: Workshop
Resilience is the best way to combat Corrections Fatigue and to also help our clients work through their trauma. Much like baking a cake, if you've got the right ingredients, a recipe to follow and a fun loving chef, you can make a difference in your own life, that of your employees, peers and clients. You'll leave this workshop with some practical tips to build your own Resilience cake but will also have a great time laughing as the worst cook ever uses a cooking analogy to bake away the burnout and temper the trauma.
