With a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades in corrections, Chris Cirrito brings a wealth of expertise, a deep commitment to progress, and a vision for the future of probation and parole services. He holds key certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Government Auditing Professional, and Certified Fraud Examiner, Cirrito's background is marked by rigorous education and practical experience. He began his career as a correctional officer at a maximum-security prison in the mid 1990’s and has been involved in correctional oversight, to include probation and parole, for 25 years. Since 2015, he has served as Chief Audit Executive for the Texas Board of Criminal Justice, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles, and the Windham School District, showcasing his adeptness in overseeing and enhancing the effectiveness of correctional services.
