We’ll cover essential strategies such as conducting a needs analysis, evaluating and selecting the right technology, and securing organizational buy-in. Additional focus will be on building a strong project team, managing change, phased implementation, training, and measuring outcomes to ensure long-term success. Using real-world examples, this session will help you navigate the complexities of technology adoption, avoid common pitfalls, and ensure that the technology enhances both safety and operational efficiency.
