Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health presents preliminary findings from their NIJ-funded study to review the ongoing reintegration programs supported by federal agencies involved with individuals affiliated with violent ideologically motivated organizations. These individuals were involved in hard-left, hard-right, white supremacists, or jihadi groups. In this session, a monitoring instrument for reintegration activities will be presented.

Diana Hughes
Program Manager, Harvard Chan School of Public Health
Diána R. Hughes is a project manager supporting a portfolio of projects focused on the prevention and countering of violent extremism initiatives being executed by the Community Safety Branch at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Diána holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in international affairs from the Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University. Her research interests include extremism, violent extremism, radicalization, and deradicalization.
