Regardless of industry or vocation, today's leaders must think differently about what it means to lead and how best to inspire others. Technological innovation, multi-generational workforces, and ever-changing expectations from key stakeholders, team members, and others have forced leaders to think and act differently. During this presentation, we will explore the dynamic nature of leadership today while taking the audience through a five-step process specifically designed to help current and emerging leaders overcome internal and external challenges. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to work with their teams, create organizational preparedness and purpose, and become better leaders.
