During the 48th Annual Training Institute in NYC, the APPA Professional Development Team piloted a new training experience to engage Community Corrections Professionals through a series of animated shorts. With this special offering, we explored best practices that could be immediately implemented to aid in your professional growth as it relates to workplace well-being. We are delighted to share that this training will be available again to any Seattle attendee.
Join us for a new FREE animated series created in collaboration with Probation and Parole Subject Matter Experts dedicated to applying successful supervision practices to today’s unique client experiences, interactions, and obstacles. For those looking to elevate your supervision techniques in the Community Corrections Field, this training is for you! This series provides 6 animated shorts and will be available during APPA‘s Winter Training Institute in Seattle to both our virtual and on-site attendees.

At APPA, we are always looking to continuously improve professionally while impacting the lives of others in the Community Corrections Field on a micro, mezzo, and macro level. Our recent efforts, in achieving a greater impact, are showcased in the pilot of this e-learning course. It is our pleasure to offer all attendees the opportunity to access it through our content library hosted on the Relias platform.
Join us for this FREE e-learning course that presents countless opportunities for transformative growth both personally and professionally. This training will challenge each of us to reflect and broaden the scope of our understanding as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion and how each directly impacts a client’s success. This course is comprised of 3 Modules and will be available at APPA‘s Winter Training Institute in Seattle to both our virtual and on-site attendees.
