Why is Chef Jeff Henderson important to the APPA audience? During this session entitled, From Cocaine to Foie Gras: The Power of Potential, Chef Jeff will speak about his experiences in the criminal justice system. He will discuss how he overcame his difficult circumstances and re-branded himself.

This panel’s session, The Power of Higher Education for Students Under Community Supervision, examines strategies probation and parole agencies can employ to help students achieve their educational goals while still meeting post-release objectives.
